CS4 to CS2

Hi All,

I am working in Illustrator CS4. after completion of my work. Now i need to convert the Text in to Convert to Curve (Create outlines)

Select all- Convert to curves

then i need to Save As CS2 format.

After my file name need to add CTC.  (For ex. JoeDoc.ai to JoeDocCTC.ai) so that my open font file and Convert to outline files will not get replaced. both files will be in same folder itself wherever it is.

CS2 option i need to select only Use compression option rest are deselected.

is there any script to help.
